This 2x1 Belgian corner shop can be used in a row, or as a corner building. It has 3 storeys, 2 for residential/offices and 1 ground floor for commercial use. It features 2 shops, "OuiBank" & "Skibitth Frozen Yoghurt". The back of the building does not have any windows so buildings can also be placed behind. The buildings itself is inspired by a similar shop in Belgium, but the building can also fit German, French, British and other European towns & cities.
