Adds The Badge seller back to the hub, most usefull for badge makers who don't like running back to act one to go to the badge seller.


NOTE TO ALL MODDERS:

If you would like to copy this code into a custom mod folder so it works with the mod loader go right ahead, This was the intent i made the mod with!

theres unused animations where the badge seller would talk and a animation for when he gives you a badge, it would be very interesting if somebody could make a mod where all those animations are used, because it would have put a bit more life into the character, i mean his life was corrupted by going to too many places at once but still, it would be pretty nice.

yes, the game actually freezes and won't load forever.

it's a bug in the base game, not something I can fix, tl;dr it stays after you buy the last badge
