Beskrivning
Gives XCOM soldiers 1 free movement action whenever an enemy pod is revealed, only if that soldier had already ended their turn and only if the pod was triggered via a movement action. The scamper movement will also not be granted if the soldier is currently on Overwatch/Killzone/etc.

If the pod is revealed through other means, such as by destroying a wall, then the scamper movement will not be granted.

When a soldier makes a Scamper movement, they have a 60% debuff to their Mobility. Options to change this are available in config, along with options to enable Scamper movements only for the soldier who revealed the pod, and to disable the feature for revealing Lost pods.

Credit for this idea goes to the Long War Rebalance mod, I only ported the feature to XCOM 2. Thanks to bloodsplatBOOM for editorial help! Russian translation provided by Aks.

Does not work with vanilla, will crash game on load. Requests to port to vanilla/LW2 will be ignored and/or deleted, depending on my mood. Anyone is free to use code from this mod, provided credit is given.

This mod is actually vital, this should be in vanilla it makes no sense to just peek from a corner, they see you, the whole pod scampers and covers and you get effd because now you are out of actions

This is one of the best mods ever made. No more fears about gold moving or revealing a pod on your last soldier. And if this feels like cheating, consider that Advent gets a free scamper and often can set up a flank AND an overwatch in the same move. Talk about cheating!

I love this, it feels like it should of been a vanilla feature, the enemy gets a free movement upon detection, why not you?

For some reason Xcom Scamper applies and then immediatly removes itself. Why is that?

@KharaaHunter Use Alternative Mod Launcher. You should use this because the default launcher isn’t great. Then, right-click any mod and click ‘Open in Explorer’. There, click the ‘Config’ folder and find the config file named after the mod (in this case, XComScamper.ini).

Where can I find the config file for this mod? I've searched all over and I can't seem to find it. I even searched for "XComScamper.ini"
