There are 4 types of metal, but only 3 of them are a part of the "trading eco system"

Metal Prices & Explanation
A weapons price in metal is 0.05 when you combine 2 weapons you crate 1 scrap

1 Scrap = 0.11
2 Scrap = 0.22

1 Reclaimed is 3 Scraps so if every scrap is 0.11
1 Reclaimed = 0.33
2 Reclaimed = 0.66

1 Refined is 3 Reclaimed so if every reclaimed is 0.33
1 Refined = 1.00 (1)
2 Refined = 2.00 (2)
Price checking
Most commonly used website for price checking is http://Backpack.tf

To find the desired item use the search bar located at the top of the page

Example:

A Genuine quality Anger is worth between 17.33 to 17.44

Breaking it down to metal means the price is between
17 Refined (17) + 1 Reclaimed (0.33) = 17.33
To
17 Refined (17) + 1 Reclaimed (0.33) + 1 Scrap (0.11) = 17.44
