How to use the In-Game Reporting System

In-Game Reporting System
In-Game Report System
For your convenience, in-game related bugs or questions are going to be accepted through the ‘Send a report’ function. You will be able to contact us directly by sending reports. Please read below for detailed guide!

1. Click “Send a Report”, it can be found within the menu of the game.


2. Choose a category that you wish to report and write down the message within 500 words.


Category
“Payment”:
  • Ex1) Unable to receive bonus CCs after purchase
  • Ex2) Unable to purchase items
“In-game issues”:
  • Ex1) Having problems accepting items
  • Ex2) Courses being incorrectly displayed
  • Ex3) Other general bug reports.
“Technical”:
  • Ex1) Receiving system error messages.
“Player Misconduct”:
  • Ex1) Players using inappropriate language to other players
  • Ex2) Other players being incorporative when playing rounds
Any other issues regarding the game can be sent within the “Other” category.

Once you click confirm button, a screenshot of your current gameplay window will be automatically formed and sent with the report.
Reports will be replied to in order. Replies will be sent to your in-game mail box.

To access your in-game mail box, click on the Friend menu.


You can access the Note Box found on the bottom of the Friends window.

By clicking on the Mailbox tab, you can check the messages sent from us regarding your reports.


[IMPORTANT]
Please include your character ID with your report, either through the screenshot (Character ID need to be clearly shown) or within the text. It will help us to figure out the solution.
If there are other reports that you wish to send, simply write down a new report and send it to us.
