The ocean texture in the Halo 4 Forge Island is lower in resolution and the texture is scaled to a massive amount. This texture is the closest I could get, though it would not look exactly like this in game. The final result (i hope) will be translucant, animated, will refract light that passes through it, and it will reflect light.
