Step 1: Run CMD as Administrator and type in (without the " "): " netsh winsock reset "
Step 2: Restart your computer. And thats it!
Step 3 ( to save time ):

- Create a notepad and paste in there all of these:

@echo off
netsh winsock reset
shutdown /r /t 0
exit /b

- Then save it as .bat
So when you start your game you just need to open this file wait for the process to complete and thats it, enjoy playing pes 2019!

Paso 1: Ejecutar CMD como administrador y escribir dentro lo siguiente (sin las comillas): " netsh winsock reset "
Paso 2: Reiniciar el ordenador, despues de esto ya puedes jugar.
Paso 3 (para ahorrar tiempo):

- Crea un documento de texto y escribi dentro de el lo siguiente:

@echo off
netsh winsock reset
shutdown /r /t 0
exit /b

- Despues guardalo como .bat
Entonces siempre que quieras jugar al PES solo tendras que ejecutar el archivo. Pásalo bien con el Pes 2019!
