Conceptual Note
- This is a rework version of Quad Folder. Everything from UV-map to textures had to be redone entirely though.
- Also, I want a darker-toned building in my city.

IMHO its nice to see shorter simpler buildings. My futuristic city has too many elegant towering skyscrapers to look believable.
