Не, ну как такое блин возможно, а? весь такой продвинутый мир, на всякую штуку есть улучшения, а вот на Ветрях забыли додумать! Наверное мозгов не хватило? Чтож, пришлось прийти на помощь тамошним специалистам и указать на их недоработки :)
Приятной игры друзья :)

1) Малый ветряк вырабатывает не 25 а 35 единиц мощности.
2) Улучш. Малый ветряк соответственно 70 единиц мощности.
3) Для Улучш. Малого ветряка надо завершить исследование на стенде 5 уровня.

How the heck is this possible? Such an advanced world - we have upgrades for almost everything, except we forgot about the windmill/windturbine. I guess there was a brain shortage? Welp, had to come and help their pros and show their mistakes :)

1) Small turbine produces 35 instead of 25 power units
2) Upgraded Small turbine produces 70 units
3) You need to complete the respective research at a level 5 bench to access the upgraded small turbine

Installation:
In the mod folder there is a packed mod in English. You need to extract the mod file from there and replace the original one.

I have bug. My Small Wind Generator || produce only 35kw despite I have all the research. Maybe it happend because I've made Small Wind Generators upgrades in different tabs(russian and english). Unfortunately I can't fix it even using the game editor.

У меня есть ошибка. Мой Small Wind Generator || производят всего 35 кВт, несмотря на то, что у меня есть все исследования. Возможно, это произошло потому, что я сделал улучшения для Small Wind Generators на разных вкладках (русская и английская). К сожалению, я не могу это исправить даже с помощью редактора игры.

Нет, по умолчанию русская, а вот английскую описано как ставить

А как понять rus\en т.эе. где русская версия? или подписался и автоматически что ли определит какая мне нужна что ли?)
