Delete the GMA file and redownload it.

Goto $SteamDir$\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons and delete gm_compound_night_162067633.gma
Old Path
Goto $SteamDir$\ACCNAME\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons and delete gm_compound_night_162067633.gma

About the map:

The map has Npc nodes. (Also strider nodes).
The Skybox is big you can fly with a helicopter.
There are some breakable things Walls, A house...
Since 31.12.12 the map got a 3D Skybox.
Since 25.06.13 You can play the map without Counter-Strike: Source.
