"Ahh, that's apples mate."

Yep, that's an apple. And it replaces the First Aid Kit. You can call it a Perfect Apple, you can call it Sports Candy, it's still just a big red apple replacing the First Aid Kit. On the plus side, it keeps away zombie doctors every day!
