If you're doing this then it means you're a person that's not afraid and didn't cry at the movie "Titenic" by Jon Jafari. This secret ending will make you cry anyways, it is that touching.

Okay.
First thing you have to do is when you wake up at the beggining, go around the fisherman on the rocks like so.


Next, because the gate is closed, get on the rock behind the small shack, jump onto a ledge and stay crouched, jump onto the next ledge that's a bit higher, and follow it until the end of the fence.


Continue the path uphill. Avoid any combine. Run as fast as you can.


Run up the wooden stairs and catch the ball that gets you in the middle, throw it away, keep running dont stop.


Shoot the two combine along the hill path after the stairs and proceed like you'd do normally in a normal game.

Now, once you get to the monastery courtyard, get the two wooden boxes and take them to the viewpoint.


Stack them up in a tower, go on top of them and jump over the fence.


Now for the hardest part. If you fail this, you fail everything and DIE, so I recommend to save here and load if you fail.
You have to rocketjump with your rocket launcher, airstrafe around the church wall and land in the cage elevator thing.

Let the elevator take you down and watch as Saint Olga gets obliterated with headcrab rockets.
This is already getting very sad. I'm struggling with writing this I can't stop crying.


The fisherman is gone.

I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this. Poor Saint Olga. Poor fisherman.
The screen fades out and there's supposed to be an ovation because it is a masterpiece of an ending despite it being very sad and depressin. The file was ultimately cut from the final release so you can't hear it unfortunately.

While there is no context after the fade-out what happens next, Kisak, an employee from Valve during an interview confirmed that this was a cut ending from Lost Coast that Valve forgot to prevent from triggering by doing that complicated rocketjump over the wall. He explained what was supposed to happen after the fade out.
The plot was supposed to be explained with morbid imagery and grey subtitles after the fade out.
The Fisherman, seeing that Saint Olga was being destroyed and there was noone to save poor dying people and that his own house was destroyed, tried to run away from the Combine that started swarming the area. Unfortunately he tripped on a crab crate, broke his leg and was caught by the Combine and then batted with stun sticks to death.
Gordon Freeman was going to commit suicide by getting devoured by a headcrab which was nearby because he was so depressed that he couldn't do anything to save Saint Olga and the innocent citizens because he avoided the fisherman who could've told him what to do to stop the missile firing machine.

But it demonstrates a cool trigger glitch in Lost Coast letting you get the end screen with the cannon on and the fisherman disappearing
