"Food District Conversion to Energy District"; A Planetary Decision for Machine Empires

Beskrivning
FOR: 2.2.3 (I think 2.2.2 is compatible too.)

Tired of converting Food to Energy using Bioreactors? No Worry, all you have to do is a little Decision, to put solar panels, power plants and all kind of energy generation apparatus on the Farming District.

Now, Machine Empires and Synthetic Empires can choose whether or not they wanted to use the Farming District to produce food or to produce energy.

How to use:
1. Have 5 Influence.
2. Click Decision.
3. Choose Unrestricted Energy Generation.
4. Now the Farming District will generate 2 Tech-Drone Jobs instead of 2 Agri-Drone Jobs.
5. PROFIT!

If you somehow need food, you can cancel the Unrestricted Energy Generation via the same decision.

The decision also works for the uncapped Agricultural Districts in Machine Worlds and Ringworlds.

I am lazy, so don't hope much for an update.

Compatibility notes:
This mod overwrites common\districts\02_rural_districts.txt
So perhaps it won't be that compatible with other mods that also overwrite this vanilla districts file.

The mod works in 2.4 just fine, if you could reduce or remove the influence cost of "Unrestricted Energy Generation" and update the mod to support 2.2.4 (annoying red triangles), that'd be great.
No idea why this doesn't get rated up.

@shilum_nehum perhaps you have other mod that overwrites common/districts/02_rural_districts.txt? Which means, many district mods won't be compatible.
