Hub's Bar Staff Regenerate

Mod sets the Staff of the Bar in Hub Town to re-recruit it's employees in an unfortunate event of their death. This includes the Barman himself/herself.

The same benefit extends to the Guards Staff, nearby Thieves Guild Tower inhabitants, small Holy Nation's patrolling party as well as the Squatters.

IMPORTANT:

The regenerate rates are not very high, so it is still possible to wipe out the town. If you decide to kill all of its inhabitants, as per the unmodded game - the town will be marked as wiped and nothing will regen in it anymore.

Import required for ongoing savegames

Should you like to add this mod to your ongoing savegame, you need to use IMPORT option from the Main Menu.

@w demonio - sadly it is not possible to set the time. It is only a toggle, regen or not.

Although I think you'll have to set a shorter respawn time in advance, because the animals there are VERY hungry.
