Don’t let the thumbnail deceive you, this modern build map contains 6 large explorable areas underground and a central hub/lobby.

This map contains a water build room, a large empty build room, a studio good for machinima products including a large colorable room for green screen work, and another large build room.

It also includes a pool room where you can hang out with friends, listen to music, go to the bar, or even sneak behind the DJ and go into the kitchen and cook up a meal for yourself.

This map also includes an area for those naughty individuals that join your server that need to be removed from the public and put in our high-tech prison room. While you are jailing the smacktards that join the server, you can walk across the hall to an admin room that has full control over the map and a hidden helicopter elevator. It raises straight up out of a hidden platform at the surface. Whatever you want to build or do in Garry's Mod, you’ll want to do it right here in Flatgrass Sectors.
