Hard & Hardcore Solo Walkthrough

Video walkthroughs detailing the most efficient way of beating the base game as well as the Goblin Menace Expansion on Hard difficulty with Hardcore mode enabled on solo. I advise you to be familiar with the game and have most of the character unlocks unlocked. The key is to spend as little time as possible in each level to lessen the chance of making a very, very costly mistake.

Searock Castle
Probably one of the most difficult levels of the game on Hard & Hardcore. The length of the level, coupled with the goblin king boss fight at the end make it very frustrating if you make even the tiniest mistake. Stick with it though, and you'll be sure to get it!

Icewarden Keep
This was another incredibly annoying level haha. Once again, run past whatever enemies you can and make extremely good use of Amadeus' monster cage perk.

Against the king: use gravity arrow + a box above the trap door to climb back, then keep activating the trap door and shooting w/ zoya w/o falling, flawless victory.

possible to kill the Goblin King right on the spot (!) just jump when he begins his attack and shoot him. Now the funny thing .. two goblin behind the King will continue to constantly inflict him damage :) now our only task is not catch the spear and jump (this is possible even with Amadeus) piece of cake :)

@ramonpontes Unfortunately you can't hurt the king with Amadeus. That's part of what makes the fight so tough is you are down to two characters who can actually kill it. What I like to do is switch to Amadeus if I think I'm about to get hit so that he takes the punishment rather than Zoya or Pontius. Then switch back once the temporary threat is over.

Goblin King wih Amadeus. I've almost beat him in some ocasions, but lost both Zoya and Pontius. If I was able to deal some damage to him with the mage I think I would kill him.
