Social Wheel Improvements

Add custom messages to your Social Wheel and receive messages from other mod users as visual popups.

As of now, the Social Wheel can be configured via chat commands:

To add an additional message to the Social Wheel, type:

Everything after the add will be part of the message, in this case I immediately regret my decision!. However, a limit of 45 characters is applied.

To remove a message, type:
where 3 is the index of the message when counted from left to right.

Type
to reset the Social Wheel to its default state.

• Add additional wheels to be triggered by different hotkeys
  
• Add a graphical menu to configure the Social Wheel more easily
  
• Allow chosing an icon when adding a message and add a collection of additional icons
  
• Extend and add contexts - wheels that only trigger in certain situations, such as the one when looking at an item
