Henchmen populate when a unkown force, presses a 'birth' button inside a lab, that spawns henchmen, the force can only do it, if coal is collected, and thus are suspected to support their race's birth.

Populations of this species normally reach from smaller hunting parties of 10 Henchmen, to a swarm of around 250.
