Players AI Patrol Free (Add AI to Default Squad)

This MOD adds AI to the default squad existing from the time of the new game.
Use this when you want to add AI to save data without using import.
Loading saved data using MOD will add AI to default squad.

* It is ineffective if you already deleted a squad.
* Import is not necessary.
* Save data started from some new games has no effect.
