Cannibal Kingdom

Beskrivning
Adds a city to the north west deep in cannibal territory that has been overrun and is now deprived of civilized people. Go in and slay the hordes of cannibals while reclaiming the city for civilization. City is located right by the water on the west coast before the iron trail starts. Will show up as Eerie City from a distance. Spawns and buildings still need tweaked and are not perfect yet. Some buildings are purchasable. Plan on adding more NPCs to replace cannibals once you clear area and leave. Some are already there but want to expand on it. As well as adding more shops. Buildings are empty until city is retaken then some will be populated. Let me know any bugs or suggestions. Thanks.

i just subbed. i wont be able 2 check out the city any time soon as i currently on the eastern coast of the map.... but.... here whts im hoping for that the city has at least 2 or 3 wells. and power..... and decent lighting in the streets at night.

Oh I know how to add conditions to be able to recruit. It would take more time writing out interesting dialogue then anything.

that will be nice, make them stronger than standar recruits, but harder to get, or with hard dialogue tree, or with custom requeriments ( you can ask howl the moon, how to add specific items rqueriments to recruit npc)
