High-Security Open Town (Revised)

Description
This is a small town that I made from scratch. Took me only 21 days to perfect.

The prison can hold 23 prisoners of any kind. Each prisoner has his own personal cell and shower, even a yard or common room just a few steps away. Even though I only have 3 hours free time, the prisoners can meet their needs quickly and efficiently.

I have twelve hours of work time. There is room in the laundry and workshop for expansion. The workshop rolls in over 8k in plates alone, meeting some of the largest prisons in income.

The concept for this prison was to create a nice looking place that actually worked. Everything is accessible via small roads. This is also great for the player because you can easily see everyone even in high traffic areas.

As for the security of the prison, the ratio for prisoner-to-guards is: 11:1. Yeah, eleven prisoners for one guard? I've not had one fight in this prison. Actually one... but that's fixed now. The only reason I still have the guards are to open the doors every now and then.

The old version had issues were there would be over 3 bars of risk after work. This has been fixed and now doesn't go over two (always low-risk). I also raised $20,000+ so you can have some fun doing whatever you like. I made plans for a massive expansion to the prison which I'm going to do on my own savegame.

You can do anything you like with the prison. Cause a riot, expand it or just have a look around. Probably a nice map to base yours off if you're having problems. I know the ins and outs of Prison Architect and I'll happily answer any questions you have about the game below.

It could have to do with the new AI, this was built a while ago.

Did anyone else have every prisoner break out the front doors at once after about two or three minutes of playing?

Have a enough freetime for them to do what they like. That way they will do what they need.
