In response to the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, Black Mesa has set out to create a Handheld Teleportation Device of their own. The result being the Displacer Cannon. While the Displacer Canon may lack the features of the 2-way flat-surface-based portal, there are advantages to the 3D Displacer Portals, Such as:
-The ability to create portals anywhere in a 3D space
-The ability to displace one’s self or a targeted object without using unnecessary portal energy

DO NOT PLACE CONNECTED PORTALS IN THE SAME SPACE! DOING SO WILL CREATE A TEMPORARY HOLD IN SPACE, SUCKING ANY SURROUNDING OBJECTS IN! AFTERWARD THE HOLE CLOSES VERY VIOLENTLY, CREATING AN EXPLOSION-LIKE FORCE!

Excessive use of the Displacer Cannon may lead to overheat. Overheat will cause permanent destabilization of the Xen Crystal Utilization Chamber. Resulting behaviour may be unpredictable.
