Samurai Kenshamploo - Alternate Start

This is the story of Samurai Champloo, in Kenshi. Welcome to Samurai Kenshamploo.

It begins with a girl named Fuu, a surprisingly survivable (if hapless) optimist, on the hunt for the samurai who smells of sunflowers.

Mugen and Jin crossed swords, and have sworn to kill each other one day (and that ONLY they will be the one to kill the other), but Fuu has roped them into this mad quest across Kenshi, to find the samurai who smells of sunflowers. Mugen is the undisciplined thief, always getting into trouble, Jin is the ronin samurai, hunted by former members of his disbanded dojo.

They always seem to get into trouble, never have any money, and always hungry, but are pretty good at handling themselves in a fight, and seem to be able to survive impossible situations.

Fuu tends to get captured a lot.

The final member of the team is Fuu's pet landbat, Momo.

You are nomads, and your ragtag group of unlikely companions arrives penniless in one of any number of charming random locations, looking to do odd jobs in exchange for food, and finding odd clues from travelers that might direct you closer to this elusive mystery. Fuu thinks it a great adventure and isn't aware that both of her traveling companions are wanted and hunted for various crimes in their shrouded pasts...

This mod also includes an easier version of this start, where you start out in the Hub with 6000 cats instead of a random location.

Either way, it's designed to be played with Fuu driving the overall direction and exploration, with the two tough and shady characters she's hired to accompany her go off and explore the world.

Some liberties were taken with appearances in Kenshi, and I gave them all hats and Jin has traded his spectacles for an Ashlander's hat, and sports a mohawk instead, because why not. Mugen is a scorchlander. You can of course change everything as you see fit.
