Fully stackable with any mod and can be loaded last. Grants every player a shield upon spawn. The shield will last half a minute and will grant the wearer the following perks.

• Cant be targeted by wild creatures.
  
• Doubles movement speed on land and water.
  
• Adds infinite stats.
  
• Adds 500 hypo- and hyperthermal insulation.
  
• Disables incoming damage.
  
• After shield depletes, all perks go away.

ShieldTime controls how long the buff is active, in seconds.
EnableInfinite toggles if the buff will stay forever. Permanent GMBuff without getting all the XP.
