I tried that once, but there were a lot of complaints of people misunderstanding it. It happened with my Civilization 6 one when someone put it on Reddit. Someone wrote down all the tips and the people in that thread seemed to misinterpert a bunch of them, where as on the video itself it has 163K views and almost no comments of people misinterperting my tips.

If I put it in text, more people will have a harder time learning from it. The point of the video is to help people learn, so I try and do it the best I can. Again, that's why it's only 3 and a half minutes. I don't want to waste anyone's time, but I also don't want to be lazy with it. So it's just a few second long intro, get right to the tips, then a few second long outro.

You could always do both?

@kasa I know where you're coming from, but if I just list the tips then people don't have the visual aid of the video to get the full affect. Plus, my videos link to more resources that people might find helpful to improve at the game, such as playthroughs I've done of the game.

Mind listing the tips instead of a video? Imo not a fan of skiping through time cards in a video just for a small amount of info.
