Version 1.4.1

What does this do?
This mod makes Lithuania a somewhat playable nation.

Added: National Focus tree, new leaders with portraits (photos cause I'm not an artist, sorry), new political advisors, generals and other minor things
Currently there are 4 available leadership routes: Monarchy, Duchy, Soviet Republic or Smetona's Republic.

It's hard to find every bug/mistake when working alone so if you encounter anything you are very welcome to let me know.

Compatibility: Should work with every other country mods, I tried to only make changes to Lithuania

It would be great, that after focuses and declaring war to Estonia, Latvia, etc, it would not effect the world tension. Because now world tension is at 100% in the first year.
