A Skeptic
How to: in the bar ask bartender to read you on the tarot cards. repeat untill you'll get all 5 different cards.
A Novice Cook
How to: cook something on the kitchen: onions/ eggs/ spiders/ octopus.
An Expert Cook

How to: you have to cook all recipes (fried egg/boiled octopus/fried onion(edible)/another onion recipe(for letter) and you have to cook enough dishes to unlock it.
a) you can pick up only onions and cook them in the kitchen to get both An Expert Cook and One Day Farmer.
b) you can pick up both eggs and onions in the garden, cook them in the kitchen and repeat untill you get it.
Annoying Guest
How to: I got the achievement by spamming interactions with the security guard on the rooftop.
Archiving
How to: collect all A's letters. most of them are pretty visible, the only one you can really miss located in the room 404, above poster with a spider.
Chemical Accident
How to: in the room 404 before you do story stuff add in the main cauldron anything out of the recipe. e.g. an onion. or use ingridients in the wrong order.

How to: on 4th floor in the room 402 after opening the door don't take the stairs down, but go left instead untill you reach shiny stars.
Free Stay
How to: don't check in right away at the start of the game. instead, go down in the bar and gamble untill you have less than 500 coins. when achieved go back to the reception desk and try to check in.
Fury of an Egg
How to: step on the egg (2nd floor, left of the baker), don't take it in the inventory. you have to walk over the crushed egg untill it gives a notification.
God of Dart
How to: have to hit in the middle circle on a dart board down in the bar.
Half-fish

How to: on the rooftop stay in the swimming pool for 30 minutes.
Halloween
How to: after a few days of living in the hotel, visit the garden to find out that pumpkins now have spooky faces, click on any of them.
Little and Often Fills the Purse

How to: check in the hotel and gain 1000 coins by selling eggs or gambling on the vending machines. once in forever a while you will pick up the golden egg (doesn't look different in the inventory) from a chicken and can sell it for 300 coins. vending machines sometimes can give you 300 coins as well.
Lucky Day
How to: gamble on the vending machine untill it gives away 300 coins.
Nasty Customer

How to: don't check in and go up to the 3rd floor. on the right you will find the Panda market clerk, don't talk to him but click on the items he's selling untill he starts getting annoyed with you. click untill achievement pops.
One Day Farmer
How to: pick up onions untill you get the achievement. collect an onion -> go to the kitchen and cook it -> go back for another onion (you don't have to throw away cooked onions)
Prank Call
How to: click on the phone in your room or on the reception desk untill it gives you "phone is broken" message.
Quiz Crasher

How to: when left rock asks you who is the owner of this room, pick up any options other than "IT" untill you get the achievement.
Relaxed

I would assume it's given for completing all possible dialogues with staff.
I also got it on the second playthrough which makes me assume it accumulates through all your new games untill you have all converastions.

How to: on the 5th floor find a woman with 2 snakes. she will ask you to help her and to find her black snake. go with one of her snakes down to the bar where you can find the missing snake. return the snake to its owner.

How to: around the hotel you will find sinks and showers, just tap on everything that makes water sound and you will get eventually

after you found out how to read A's message:

~ chat with security guard untill she starts repeating herself
after figuring out how to reach 4th floor:
~ did you steal my stone?
!WARNING! ~ talk to the maid about A and 4th floor before you ruin the carpet, because after you did she will not be accesable for the rest of the game. ~ when you will have "did you steal my stone?" option leave the Sneaky Child for the last: asking him about it will trigger story events preventing you to have a conversation with the rest of the crew. ~ on the 5th day you will not be able talk to anyone but the receptionist.

Cool Tomato is unlocked by clicking on the tomato guy inside of "IT", he has sunglasses on and is therefore cool.

A Thief - Once you have the stone, offer to help find the lady's snake and she'll give you her spotted one. Leave the hotel with the spotted snake.
The Salmon of the Opera - Turn on all four stage lights in the basement.

Dine and Dash - Have less than 20G and try to buy the Salmon Pie from the waitress on the second floor. She'll give it to you for free and you'll also net the achievement.

Fungi Love - Buy the Mushroom Guide at the mart for 999G and then talk to the mushroom at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor.

There are 11 new achievements with the last update (12/31/19). I have found six new ones so far:

Greedy - With one bread already in your inventory, ask the baker for a second one.
Make a Wish - Throw 100G into the fountain (I have not tested the 10G option yet).
Fashion Leader - Buy all three cosmetic items from the mart.
New Body - Get a massage on the fifth floor.
A Gourmet - I got it after cooking an Onon all three ways (deep fried, pan fried, and broiled).
Food Poisoning - Wait for the bread to turn stale in your inventory, then eat it.

I didn't have every single conversation with the guests/staff and got "Talktative". I just had to talk to every single staff member, it triggered after I talked to the last one I was missing. :butterfly:

I just found another Korean guide which is not in Steam, here's translation:

Annoying Guest: talk to one hotel staff(maybe anyone) and insta end the conversation with 'bye', repeat this 5 times in a row.
An Expert Cook: just cook a lot.
Quiz Crasher: get a wrong answer 10 times on the question from room 402.
Relaxed: sit on any sofa for about 15 mins.
Talkative: talk to every hotel staff. (not including their one-sided lines when you can see after you get to know the truth)

(note that I'm not sure which one is more accurate)

No, it's okay. I got both by pushing one chicken too (and it wasn't meowing chicken). It will be probably fixed as it happened to another achievement before.
