Perhaps another unpopular opinion but I think Vice City is even better than GTA 3. I actually remember getting a demo of GTA, like the first top down one and loving it. More for the music really than killing…well everyone. 3 was great but Vice City was special. For a start it had almost double the amount of voicework done and it shows. The world is very real and who doesn’t love that 80s Miami Vice nostalgia look? The music and talk shows are on point and hilarious, the story was just…I don’t know…better and richer than previous GTA games. Just my opinion but would lie to see if anyone else agrees with that.
