just get the newest version from the web and overwrite the existing one. for me (windows 7 x46) it was the file version 6.3.9600.18611 that worked.

I still have this problem, the loading is complete but the screen stays on that picture !
I don't know how to proceed, someone have any solution ?

Is there solution for Windows 10 64bit and stucking to Ducati screen? Download count stucks to value between 60...64%

or the manual solution: you need a new version of the file "D3DCompiler_47.dll" which is located in C:\Windows\System32

just get the newest version from the web and overwrite the existing one. for me (windows 7 x46) it was the file version 6.3.9600.18611 that worked.
