This guide will be updated with a new boss once or twice a day. So at first, this guide will be very incomplete, as there are many bosses in this game.
Chopper Core
Pre Fight:
Before you fight it, you have to climb up the side of the mansion.

Easy/Normal: If you are playing on the bottom two difficulties, you will only have to deal with easily avoidable rockets.

Hard/Very Hard: The rockets will go much faster, and you will have to deal with machinegun shots inbetween every 3-5 rockets, that you will have to avoid by taking cover behind one of the many walls seperating you from the chopper.

Fight:
The fight will start with the Chopper Core shooting missiles at you. As long as you are moving, you are safe. It will then go into one of these 3 attacks and return to this one.

Attack 1: If the Chopper goes into the background, you will have to avoid missiles coming from above. On harder difficulties there will be more rockets and they will be more tightly packed, forcing you to use bullet time.

Attack 2: If the Chopper stalls the rockets and goes up, it will fire a machine gun, which you can either go into bullet time and hit the bullets back at the Chopper with the Katana, run towards the Chopper where the machine gun can't reach you, or if you are in the air, use your triple jump to go over the chopper, but only use this as a last resort, as it will most likely get you hurt. The harder the difficulty the longer the machine gun will shoot.

Attack 3: If the Chopper stalls the rockets and goes down, It will sweep the bottom of the map. To avoid this, use your triple jump to jump over it. On harder difficulties, the Chopper will give you less time to react.

The most reccomended weapon set for this fight is to have the dual pistols for long range and the shotgun for short range, as it will end the fight quicker.
Guppy

Phase 1:
Guppy bounces around in diagonals and switches between 2 attacks.

Attack 1: If Guppy stops in mid-air, he will shoot easily avoidable projectiles at you. The harder the difficulty, the faster they go.

Attack 2: If Guppy turns red, he will try to crush you. Triple Dash under him to trick him into falling early. the harder the difficulty, the quicker he falls and the more Lil' Guppies he releases when he lands.

Phase 2:
At around half health, Guppy will split up into four, smaller guppies. The only Attack they can do is shoot a projectile. When you do enough damage to one, it will split into its smallest form, A few Lil' Guppies. The harder the difficulty, the more guppies that will spawn.

Reccomended Weapons:
These two combinations worked the best for me, so you can choose which one you want.
1.) Dual Pistols and Rocket Launcher
2.) Dual Pistols and Shotgun
Gibby & Stu

Fight:
Gibby and Stu will start by jumping out of the walls and shooting bullets at you. The harder the difficulty the faster they will be. Then they will choose between 3 attacks and return to this one.

Attack 1: If the ground starts to shake like crazy, one of them will jump out of the wall, raining down bullets upon you either forcing you into bullet time or jumping over them. The harder the difficulty, the faster the bullets will go.

Attack 2: If you see 1 of them digging out of the ground, they will start to pop up from the ground and shoot bullets at you. The harder the difficulty, the more bullets they will shoot.

Attack 3: If you see both of them digging out of the ground at the same time, they will pop up and slowly close in on you. The harder the difficulty, the further they will go to the middle before going back down.

Reccomended Weapons: The weapons i reccomend are the dual pistols and the katana.
Spider Core

Fight: The fight will start with the spider core shooting bombs at you from overhead. Then he will do one of three of these attacks and return to this one.

Attack 1: He will jump from one side of the fight to the other, so jump over to the other side. The harder the difficulty the quicker he will jump

Attack 2: He will shoot a nearly unavoidable machine gun sweep, where you will either have to use bullet time or use the katana. The harder the difficulty the more tightly packed the bullets will be.

Attack 3: He will shower down a cluster of bombs. The harder the difficulty, the more bombs he will shoot.

Reccomended Weapons: Dual Pistols and Katana.

On guppy, the flame thrower is a must: Lot of damage and destroy all the little flies.

@Crona My Advice is to go with the Katana & Dual Elites to beat them. I finished the game on very hard yesterday and I had a bit of trouble with them too.

Quick YouTube video I did for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVYxbei0QrI
