Oh and if you forcefully conquer Kyoto, then the Realm Divide will also start. So make sure to leave that region alone, unless you're ready.

Finally, you CAN activate this mod in the middle of a playthrough, it will work perfectly. Just activate it before the Realm Divide event kicks off.

UPDATE 25/09/2025: I'm happy to report, after testing today, this mod indeed works well !
My issue was that i failed to understand that the load order was critical... For all those who have issues, ensure you follow the instructions of the guy that posted in the discussion section a guide, where he explains step by step which mods need to be loaded first.
Basically the No-Realm Divide must be at the top.

To figure out, whether the mod is working or not, you simply test a playthrough by conquering regions and winning battles. If the Yellow bar appears in the fame-meter and if you get the notification that the shogun "is watching with interest..etc" it means, the mod is not working.

However if the fame bar, is completely invisible and no yellow bar is appearing and you're not getting any Shogun notifications, it means it's working.

I tested it today and it is working for me, so it HAS to work for you too.

So is Realm Divide still supposed to happen? I thought this would outright prevent it from happening? There's no popup for it happening, but when I look at other clans attitude towards me, it shows a negative with "Realm Divide" so it's still there.

yeah, i no longer remember well but also i think you must use it from the start of the save.

+ it affects the Clan Fame , never grow up even if your clan is control whole japan except kyoto

If it's a subfile then it should say that in the description, my guy. Leaves room for foolish people like me to make mistakes like this. Honest mistake on both of our ends. My apologies.
