Adds the EDF Trooper unique unit to the arsenal of my previous Earth Defense Force civilization.

====Description====
The EDF Trooper is a powerful infantry Unit available to the Earth Defense Force that sacrifices the amphibious promotions of the Marine it replaces for raw strength in combat. While ineffective in amphibious engagements, the EDF Trooper's Combat Strength value of 75 greatly enhances its combat effectiveness on the battlefield, making the unit much more survivable in direct engagements than its vanilla counterpart. This can allow the EDF to gain a significant advantage over enemy infantry forces in the Atomic Era, seizing the upper hand in lategame ground warfare.
