This is not quite accurate. Doing so will get the pop-up message but no achievement. To get the actual achievement you have to use the tong on yourself, not the ropes. ;)

Took me one minute to learn how to set it up, another minute to set it up, then I simply let it run and about 6 hours later I got the achievement :D
Thanks for the help and your guide. I'll use it for my second playthrough to get all missing achievements. :)
If you have a keyboard capable of scripting (like the Logitech G15) you can script that mouseclick. That's what I did... I scripted it with 3 or 4 seconds of delay then got up and left the computer. I'd check back here and then to see if I'd earned it yet.. and if not either let it continue or reload the game if I was out of money.
It's the worst kind of achievement imho... one based on the RNG.
