Adds new race, with redefined sliders. [Modified Shek]
Is immune to all weather effects. [Acid/Gas/Ect]
Bad [HeavyWeapons, Martialarts, Strength]
Good [Toughness, Defence, CombatSpeed]
[Blood at 200-400 / Selfhealing / HungerRate -1]

Adds 2 starts in Black Scratch:
Squad of 7 - 5000c - Stats all at 10
Squad of 20 - 50000000c - Stats all at 100
[Allies ShinobiThieves & TechHunters]

New recruits added:
The Outlands, Stormgap Coast, The Unwanted Zone:
[New race squad, moves around the biome, low respawn]

Black Scratch:
[3 maxed random characters, respawns in town over time]

puedes hacer un comienzo con 50 reclutas , muchos mods 20 se hace poco

characters are starving too fast ... impossible to play

Ive tried to make the skeletons the same way, but they didnt turn out right.
Had 2 versions of them but the coloring was a bit off, might try messing with the Hive next.

May add more to this later, but for now is should all work as intended.
