Introduction
In addition to the main story mode of the game, there is also an infinite mode. In it, the player has to go through the levels, and the further he moves, the more difficult the next level becomes. For each run a certain number of points are awarded, depending on the success of the player. For a long time, the whole system remained in the shadows, it was not really clear what and how points were accrued. Today we will reveal this curtain of mysteries.
Main points

As you can see in the picture above, there are main categories for which points are awarded:
  • Points for time
  • Items founded
  • Puzzles solved
  • Damage to the Minotaur
  • Skeletons killed
  • Traps activated
  • Level multiplier
  • Previous level score
So right now we gonna breakdown each category.
Points for time
The less time a player spends on passing a level, the more points he will receive. For this there is the following curve:
The maximum time at which the player will be given points - 8 minutes, at the beginning of the curve is not prone to decrease. If the player dies, then the points in time will be divided into two. This curve determines the multiplier, which is multiplied by the maximum number of points - 1000. Ie if you pass the level in 3 minutes, then the multiplier on the curve will be - 0.92, then this multiplier is multiplied by 1000 - 0.92 * 1000 and the total number of points is obtained, which the player gets in time - 920.
Items founded
For each item found, the player earns 250 points. It's pretty simple.
Puzzles solved
For solving the puzzle on the door without a key, the player is charged 125 points. The same goes for translating the papyrus.
Damage to the Minotaur
For each hit on the Minotaur from a pistol or sword, 50 points are awarded. If the Minotaur falls into the trap then 75 points.
Skeletons killed
For each killing of the skeleton by a player not a trap, will be awarded 75 points.
Traps activated
75 points are removed for each activated trap.
Level multiplier
This is the final multiplier of points, depending on the number of the passed level. It is calculated according to the following formula 1 + level number / 5. For example, at the first level the multiplier will be equal to one, since the first level will be considered zero, at the fifth level, the multiplier will be 1.8. The multiplier multiplies all points at the end.
Previous level score
Points from the past level are added to the points of the passed level, which gives the final points.
Conclusion

This is exactly how the scoring works in the infinite mode. We hope for new records and victories!
