Mike Tyson’s Punch Out

I never owned a NES but in 1987 my friend did and every weekend I would go to his house and play Mike Tyson’s Punch Out for hours and hours. I actually think he hated the game because he probably played it every day and couldn’t beat it and then I came along on the weekend and wanted nothing else but to play it to death when he was bored of it. It was a game of patterns and secrets and was way much more than just a boxing game. The music is great, the little New York training scenes were gold, the characters are mostly unique and the game has a great sense of humour. Man, this is an awesome game.
