My fuel tanker.

It is a hydrofoil capable of going upwards of 46m/s allowing it to deliver fuel to sustain more fuel hungry craft away from home seas.

The most interesting thing about this design is that it's primary form of steering is rolling on the hydrofoil to give rotational torque. It is also equipped with a pair of secondary steering thrusters in case the vessel needs to steer in place.

When idle, it uses baloons to keep the back somewhat lifted above water, although the balance of the craft can cause it to flop around in an overly dramatic fasion.
