This is a Simple Mod that changes some visual aspects of Naval Crews:

-Marines now equipped with Snuffbox Rifles(Snider-Enfield/Tabatiere), not Tanegashima Snap Matchlocks
-Marines reloads from the Breech, not from Muzzle
-Marines have increased Marksmanship
-Seaman have increased Melee Defence
-Officers use Sabres

-Crews of Iron and Copper Plated Ships Crews get better Uniforms, where Wooden Ships Crews still wear some Traditional Parts.
-Foreign Ironclads now crewed by Foreign Crews
-Foreign Marines serving on Ironclads retains their uniform colors(Red for British, Blue for French), not depending on Faction Colors
