Beta Healthvial (HL2 healthvial)

This is a proof of concept, I may improve on the skin later on.

I've seen attempts at improving or restoring beta content but I haven't seen anything for the healthvial so when I came by a texture that outline it, I knew I should try it. I based the design off of the beta medkit since the retail vial is based off of the retail version.
