Tricolor health bar for NeunGUI LayerPanel

Beskrivning
This is Zeon's NeunGUI LayerPanel with my tricolor health bar.

The health bar brings the following :

→ colors for each health state ;
0-24 : red ; 25-39 : orange ; 40-100 : green ;
→ neon marks for 25-24 and 40-39 hp caps ;
→ accurate 10*10 health points scale marks ;
→ an idle indicator.

You can use it along with NeunGUI, and even WeaponPanel for NeunGUI.

Even though my first idea was to merge my pesonal healthbar and Zeon's NeunGUI survivor panel, a standalone version of this health bar may come out along with survivor panels.

Why the bar of the player is not completely centered on the hud of l4d2? It's really weird...

Looks interesting. Do you think you can do the same for CenterPanel too?
You don't have to if you don't want to, but it'd be cool since I prefer the CenterPanel version of NeunGUI.
