I haven't been able to figure out what this guns uber charge would be like that would allow it to set itself apart from the other mediguns

I had thought about the weapon possibly applying a temporary regen effect on players that are healed by it, similar to the medics own regenerative ability so that he could heal them and switch to another target while the regen helps the other person, though this would be a weapon effect not the uber charge.
