A rework of the mod All Promotions description tooltip by Gilestiel

Description:

Show all the descriptions and effects of the promotions that a unit has earned in a tooltip. Group ranked promotions that have ranks like I, II, III. And display current fortification bonus of unit if greater than 0. To display the tooltip, just mouse over the unit icon in panel on the bottom left when you have a unit selected.

Differences:

This version will dynamically group tooltips together through pattern matching while the original mod was hard coded to only group specific promotions. This means that it can better support promotions added by other mods assuming they follow the vanilla naming standards. While having the downside of being less likely to group promotions for non-English languages. This version also has a wider tooltip and less line spacing to better support large numbers of promotions, and displays the terrain defense bonus/penalty. I suggest you try out both mods separately and decide which works best for your setup.

Optional Support:

Tweaks the english text of some of the promotions in Promotions - Expansion Pack to better support grouping.

Super helpful, just make sure you're hovering over the right part of the icon-- I made the mistake of hovering over the full-color image, which won't bring up the tool-tip, but when I hover over the smaller unit icon (the one that's in the colors of the Civ you're playing as, which matches the icon used on the map) the tool-tip appears as shown in the example image. Not sure if this mix-up is what happened for previous commenters who wondered why it wasn't working, but figured it's worth noting in case anyone else gets confused!
