Become a Daimyo (NMIH Sub-Mod)

This mod enables you to create a duchy once you complete the following requirements.

1. Have a feudal government.
2. Have 150 wealth.
3. Have 50 piety.
4. Have 300 prestige if independent or 400 prestige if your under a ruler.
5. Have 4 county titles.

Once activated, the decision gives you a titular duchy title that has no de jure land.
AI are able to also use this decision.

Note: This is specifically made for the Nova Monumenta Iaponiae Historica mod, as titles work differently there.
