You dont really need to disband them, but they're extra so you won't need them.
Combat medics heal their squadmates, and reduce their chance of death if they go down. Two medics means the medics get the boosts too.
Depends on how fast you pull the trigger.
- Why disband the female militia?
- How do combat medics work, and why do you choose to have 2 of them in your combat squad build?
- How long does it typically take to do all this grinding?
The issue with doing that is that your skill determines your accuracy, and if you don't have very many points in a weapon it is almost impossible to hit your target. You won't be struggling for weapon skill points anyway-- trust me.
Also, I'm glad to see new people joining the community for this game, and I hope I helped you understand some of the concepts in it!
Wouldn't it be smarter to hard train the first 25 points in rifles (or whatever weapon you want to use) by playing the game until your skill is 25 in that weapon, then dump the free 25 points in it to cap it at 50?
Other games seem to always give the first levels fastest and the last ones slowest....
