Replaces the default sound for a successful vote and Scavenge Mode's Change Sides with the famous Law and Order scene change sound.

First glance, the Law & Order title thing made me think "What the hell is this?", but once I saw "vote successful".... Revelations... Brilliant and extremely fun idea, friend. XD

For me it cuts off after about 1.5 sec (sound has ~1.9 sec)
