All you have to do is

1 - First go to the game folder on Steam. It should be located on:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mojo Hanako

2 - Open the ''unlock'' folder, and move the xxx.txt file from the ''unlock'' folder to the main folder of the game and everything's uncut. No further patch needed.

3 - Good fap game! ;)
