Omschrijving
This asset is based on the warehouse Santos located in the old harbour district of Rotterdam (Netherlands).
It is built between 1901 and 1903 but is now abondoned.
It used to be a storage for coffee beans shiped in from Santos in Brazil and is now a monumental building.
There are plans to restore it to a design center.

It is a 4x4 building set as a park as it has no building functions.

@johnny_automatic : It should not have any dependencies as a stand alone build and behave like a normal park but I am going to look into this.

it's invisible in my game. no dependencies? plops, the construction animation happens but nothing there.
