Ammo Pickup Sounds for SSHD

Gives each ammo pickup it's own unique pickup sound.

Modifies all the ammo _Item.mdl files and the SeriousBomb_Item.mdl file.

I'll admit sound isn't really one of my strenghts, but I think this turned out okay.

Sound effects used from:
- Serious Sam 2
- Killing Floor
- Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus
- Quake 3 Arena
- Quake Champions
