Club and Private Home Video Playlists
Clubs and private homes having video screens have a new type of playlist that allows people (see permissions below) to independently add YouTube videos to the playlist. Items will be played in sequence.

Adding Items
Adding an item to a playlist is very simple, as shown in these images.

First, press 'Q' to open the playlist queue, which looks like this:
An opened playlist

To add an item to the playlist, you press the spacebar, which will open the 'Add' section:
The 'Add' section

Then you can paste a YouTube video URL (not a playlist, just an individual video) in the space provided. Capsa will check the URL and display the video thumbnail or an error (see below):
YouTube URL successfully fetched

Then just press the spacebar to accept the item or ESC to go back, canceling the item.

Some YouTube videos are restricted for various reasons that we have no control over. Usually Capsa can detect it and display an error message:
YouTube video restricted error

Other times, a video simply won't play. Again, this is down to how YouTube handles embedded videos and Capsa has no control over it. When it happens, you can go back (ESC) to cancel the operation, then spacebar to add a different video.

Removing Items
The people currently in the club (or private home) can vote to remove items from the playlist. This is useful for videos that won't play, or for if there are shenanigans.

Just click the green check mark next to a video to vote to remove it. If more than 50% of the people vote to remove, then the playlist item will be removed and the next will play.

Permissions
Playlist permissions in clubs are open to anyone in the club.
Playlist permissions in private homes work according to the home's access permissions.

Volume Controls
To make controlling your media more convenient, Capsa has several F-Key mappings set up by default.

  • F1 - Mute
  • F2 - Decrease Volume
  • F3 - Increase Volume
When you press an F-Key, you will see a green text message in your chat, visible only to you, telling you what your current volume setting is.

Adding Playlist Entries
You can add playlist entries (up to 8) from the House, Camp, Club, or Vehicle configuration menus, using the Options tab. You can put a Title and the media URL.

Press "Apply" to save.

Audio Streams You Might Enjoy
Here is a partial list of audio streams that you can use.

You can find lots more streams at http://www.181.fm/ or at Shoutcast[www.shoutcast.com].

Also, any radio station or other site that provides an MP3 stream should work fine.

You can also play YouTube media, subject to any restrictions they place (country restrictions, blocking embedded play, etc.).

I found a really good site for radio links, its also really easy to navigate https://www.radionomy.com/en/style/Featured and when you click on a station you can get a link instantly without downloading stuff, making it the one I would use https://i.imgur.com/EZ2zR9t.png
