Holloween is right around the corner! That means spooky builds are waking up in the catacombs, dead set on scaring your socks off!

Fret not my friends, for this guide shall explain how to combat these scary skeletons, ghastly ghouls, frightful fiends, terrible terrors, wicked witches, despicable devils and so forth!

There are several important pieces of information you must know before embarking to the Catacombs with your friends!


Be prepared to be scared!

I'm not gonna lie, these invaders will be pretty scary! Make sure you're ready for whatever skeletons, ghouls, wraiths or boogeymen force their way into your world to scare your socks off!

Don't bring any calcium!

Bringing any dairy products or calcium supplements will attract every Dark Skeleton in the Catacombs to your position! Whatever you do, don't bring any calcium, you may aswell be ringing a dinner bell!

Note: If you require a daily intake of calcium as prescribed by your doctor/pharmacist, give this one day a skip. They will understand the importance of being calcium free this holloween.

Keep an ear out any spook spells

It is a well known fact that these spooky invaders use this spell! Be sure to listen for it being casted so you can brace yourself for a terrifying scare from behind!

Bring a torch!

Monsters are afraid of the light! Your trusty torch is your greatest weapon to combat any fear of the dark you may have!

Note: You may think that it's better to use your trusty shield but that's what they want you to think! No shield can protect you from the psychological warfare these fiends have mastered!

Bring as many friends as you can!

Be sure to summon as many phantoms as possible so you can distribute the horror equally instead of being overwhelmed by all of it yourself! Also remember to wear the Way of The Blue seal so that any blue sentinals in the area can come to your aid and combat these horrors!

I got my hands on some new reports that claim the spooky invaders have expanded their hunting ground beyond the Catacombs!

That's right! Spooky invaders are no longer restricted to the dark depths of the Catacombs. My sources tell that many scary individuals have migrated to the following locations.

Smouldering Lake

It seems that some of the skeletons you've caused to fall of the bridge have gotten back up and made Smouldering Lake their home! Be warned, these spooky bois are very mad.

Farron Keep

Some monsters have decided to make their way to the surface and now live in the poisonous swamps of Farron Keep! Be on the lookout for they crave human flesh!

Irithyll Of The Boreal Valley

Be cautious hosting fight clubs! These horrors have grown reckless and will appear at any moment to give you and other fighters the heeby jeebies!

Irithyll Dungeon

I guess some ghouls can't help but make home of an dark underground structure! Careful, these ones are S tier scary!
